Terms of Use and Customer Agreement:   As a guest, visitor, registered user and/or existing customer of the FoxBoxMedia.com website you agree to the Terms of Use and Customer Agreement conditions posted on this page and throughout the FoxBoxMedia website.  There are no exceptions to these conditions.

All products listed on www.FoxBoxMedia.com are subject to change which include but not limited to colors, sizes, shapes and availability.   In the event a color is discontinued or out of stock we reserve the right to ship replacement colors in the customer is unreachable.  These are budget items and color, sizes will vary.

Customers are responsible for placing orders on our company website www.FoxBoxMedia.om with accurate information (i.e. email address, address, phone number) and are solely responsible for requesting refunds, returns or reporting defective items.
Chargebacks and Refunds

We reserve the right to assess an additional penalty fee of $100 for every chargeback that is reversed by our banks.  Refunds are provided within 48 hours as long as the products are in same condition.


So you want to return an Unused item(s)?

Ahhhh so you bought something from our store and now you don’t want it?  You may return your unused item(s) in original condition up to 15 days from date of purchase.   You are fully responsible for all shipping charges.   Simply ship the item(s) back to our address (at the top of the page) and reference your Order # that was emailed to you when you placed the original order.  We will provide a refund for only the cost of the item(s) within 48 hours of receiving in good condition.

So you want to return a defective item(s)?

Oops, so you received a defective item(s).  You may return the incorrect item(s) up  to 15 days from  date of purchase.   Please contact Customer Support using the form on  the Contact Us page to determine if the item(s)  will need to be returned or just replaced.  You  will need to reference your Order # as well.

All Orders are shipped via FedEx; how long does FedEx shipping take?

We are pretty good at shipping your order the same day it was received but we do not guarantee that it will ship the same day.   Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours.  FedEx guarantees 6 days via FedEx Ground from our Warehouse in California to New York.  So if you are in between those locations then you can be assured your shipment will arrive sooner but no longer than 6 days.


Do you  ship to a PO BOX?

No!  FEDEX does not  ship to PO BOXES.   If you provide a PO BOX  during check out then you may be charged additional shipping fees for  misreporting the incorrect information on your Order.

Do you have a right to charge  additional shipping if I provided you with  false information during check out?
Absolutely!   If you provide a false address, an incorrect  address or make a mistake in anyway on your shipping address then  FoxBoxMedia.com reserves the right to charge you for additional  shipping cost that were misreported during check out.  Often times customers will make a typo in address or  provide a PO BOX instead.
